Tane Andrews Silent Distortions

Following on from last year’s hugely successful solo exhibition, West Australian artist Tané Andrews will be presenting a second series of new artworks in the Venn Gallery later this month. Audiences can expect a continuation of Andrews’ intricate stippling technique as well as new sculptural forms that explore moments of stillness and wonder in nature.

Gian Manik The Retreat to Representation

Also later this month is the highly anticipated unveiling of Melbourne-based artist Gian Manik’s latest series of oil paintings in his second solo exhibition at Venn Gallery. Manik has continued his investigation into reflective surfaces, the mirror and self to develop a series of thick and gestural paintings.
