Our new Chef has been hard at work mixing, matching, creating and tasting - the result is some seriously winning combinations.
How do Quinoa and Banana pancakes with orange blossom honey sound? Or maybe you fancy some Baked Cannellini and Navy Beans in a rich tomato sauce with a soft poached free range egg on toasted brioche. If lunch is more your bag, try the Organic Ternate Pasta with peppered rocket, pine nuts and shaved gruyere, drizzled with infused basil extra virgin olive oil.
